12 Oct 08 - Preparation for Brandon's birthday party.

7 Oct 08, dear and me drove to Tan Quee lan street to search for items that will be suitable for Brandon's birthday party, like items for treat bags and decorations. We did not buy any as the items were limted. 11 Oct, went to Kiddy Palace at Marina Square to buy a swimming float for Brandon, just want to see if branches in town have more choices and yes! it does have and I bought a cute swimming float and a pump. $21.90 12 Oct, went to Tekka mall as most shops in concourse that sell party items were shifted there. But only 2 shops were opened as others floors were not accessible. Nothing to buy also. Went to Party City at Raffles City to buy the 1st birthday boy balloons bouquet, plates and cups. (to collect the balloons on Sat after pumped with Helium gas before check in to chalet...) We spent $80 there. Next stop, went to a shop that sell party items at Bugis along the KFC stretch, as the party shops in Tan Quee lan street were closed... Bought balloons and banner with printed words of "Happy Birthday", Tom & Jerry loot bags, letters of " BRANDON" and a roll of ribbon. These cost $40. 16 Oct, went to market at my work place to get candies to add in the loot bag. 2 diff flavours of lolipops and 3 diff favours of candy... $12.00 17 Oct, collected Brandon's personalized ist birthday tee with his name printed on it. $16.80. Packed stuff for chalet at night, packed the goodie bags and sleep at almost 1am..... Tired... birthday suit" treat bag 18 Oct, checked in chalet at about 4.30pm, and went to rent majong table, hehehe.... to get those good quality tables,,, if not the table will be shaking throughout the sessions... went off straight to Raffles City to collect the balloons bouquet.. Off to Giant at Parkway to get drinks and ready marinated BBQ meat. $300. Returned to chalet at 7+pm... Balloon Bouquet "happy 1st bithday" Me started to prepare those decorations and asked my maid to pump the ballo0ns while dearie and Kai went for dinner... cos, i have more impt tasks for them... hahahah.... Got them to hang the birthday banners and decorations for me, I cant reached and I cant climb... but i can tie the balloons around my unit... Daddy & 螃蟹干爹 Brandon with piglets & friends birthday scene setter Completed 90% of the decorations, and started on majong sessions! Whooho!! Played till 4+am... no win no lose, initially lose alot, luckily 自摸发, and i break even my capital, no win, no lose. 小三元
