Dinner at Neo Tian - chinese restaurant in the Farm chalet

Finally its open! Dear browsed the internet and saw the news that this chalet at Neo Tian finally open. So we decided to went there for dinner. Not too bad a place, but if want to explore and walk around the best time is to reach there about 1700+. A little ulu. There is also a open concept pub with singers (yeah, not live band), Fillipinos. They sing English, Chinese and Hokkien songs. hmmm, prouncation of chinese and hokkien don expect too much la.. Just next to the car park. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the fish that is taller then the male... (similar to the lobster bigger than the small girl?) the popular dishes are those photos... the baby fish... sure got stock! ------------------Preparation for pig roasting------------------- our dinner this "nai bai" not nice to eat.. too bland for me the "lala" is good!!! so fresh that it can by cooked without chilli!! thai style mango fish (totally diff from the pic) suana prawns! nothing special.. tofu with pork floss chicken cutlet with sambal sauce topped with onion rings ----------------------------------- Wanted to have dessert at a shop (forget the name) along Bukit Timah, after arriving there then realise it has closed down, or maybe moved away.. not been there for 2 years.. so went to the drive thru mac at bukit timah wanted to get the butterscoth/apple/raspberry flavour ice-cream. Was dissapointed that they do not have it there, only the normal vanilla cone ice cream. In the end, got those flavoured ice cream at bukit panjang plaza.
