Chicken Baked Rice

Finally I persuaded myself to let my oven baked something then cakes and cookies. yes, chicken baked rice!!! its yummy!!!!!! 1 whole pack of Mozzarella cheese I added. Which is too much. But how much can it be for cheese lovers??? heeee MIL dont like anything with cheese but after trying she had 2 servings!!! wow... Im happy, yes, very very happy. =) Dear? love it... 4 servings..................
